High speed CNC V grooving machine or metal slotting machine is used to make v slots on metal sheet like stainless steel plate,carbon steel plate etc. So After opening V slots, when you do the bending, the bending angle is very sharp with good looking. This machine can be widely used in stainless steel jobs, elevator and cabinet making etc.

RGEK type CNC high-speed grooving machine is improved traditional desktop slot machine, this machine has all the advantages of ordinary desktop notching machine, and combining with the latest international notching machine technology, and has quick cutting speed,surface without indentation,etc.
This machine to make some changes relative to traditional desktop notching machine as follows:
1) Beam lateral placement by longitudinal layout instead, remove the auxiliary presser foot,reduce the weight of the beam.
2) Driven helical gear instead of straight gear power transmission system, improve the speed, reduced noise and vibration,make the transmission more stable and reliable improved the service life of gear.

This machine is four axes control CNC, X axis(lengthways feeding) by frequency converter control, Y1 axis(blade transverse feeding),Y2 axis(end pressure transverse feeding),Z axis(point vertical feeding) by servo control. Realize the automatic operation parameter input,and improve groove processing precision.
Feeding system adopts hydraulic system pressure as power,pressure big,reliable fastening force.Low noise,small energy consumption at the same time.
